As I have been reading around the blogs tonight I got an idea. I know that I am not the most exciting person in the world and most of the time Adam and I just stay home instead of going out finding fun things to do with the kids. So, I need some ideas. Where are some of your favorite places to take your kids.
Erin mention ed that they went to Crystal Hotsprings and that sounded like a lot of fun.
I have to admit that in the 10 years that we have lived here I still feel like I don't know where anything is except for the basics.

I'm so proud of you blogging everyday. What a true friend :)
I still really love the Treehouse Museum in Ogden and the Discovery Museum in SLC.
They are totally worth the year membership.
Our kids love Jungle Jim's. It's out in Midvale so it's kind of a drive, but to my kids it's worth it. It's an indoor mini amusement park. They have a mini roller coaster, swings, bumper cars, airplanes, etc. It's a fun thing in the winter to do. The only bad thing is the pizza...not the best.
Ben took the kids to the Clearfield Aquatic Center recently. They had alot of fun and were the only kids there because its winter. It is a good reminder to the kids that summer is around the corner. Kennedy asks me almost everyday if it is summer yet.
Kay's Creek Parkway in Layton is a great, family-friendly (meaning paved, wide enough for 4-5 people to walk together)trail. You can look it up on the Layton website for directions, but I'm not sure whether it's plowed in the winter. Beus Duck Pond in Ogden is a great place to run off energy, but I'm sure you know about that! :)
Hi neighbor!
So Jenny told me about the neighborhood blogs today at church and here I am cruisin' around!
As for fun places to take the kids, I'm with Stacy on both museums--they're awesome! Another one, which is a bit of a drive but really, really fun (especially for boys!!!) is Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. They have a dinosaur museum with lots of interactive displays, a farm with baby animals in the spring, and lots lots more.
